Why these are free
Every one of these started as something our support team was doing by hand, usually more than once a week. A MOTD that renders wrong, a builder counting blocks on graph paper, someone asking a third time when the next force wipe is.
They cost nothing to give away and they save an email each. That is the whole business case. You do not need to be a customer, there is no watermark, and there is nothing to sign up for.
They run in your browser
Not on our servers. Nothing you type into any of these is transmitted, logged or stored anywhere — the page loads once and the arithmetic happens on your own machine. You can check by opening the network tab, or by turning your wifi off and carrying on.
