TeamSpeak 3 has the wider client install base and better permission tooling, so most clans pick it. Mumble is open source, has slightly lower latency and no licensing constraints. You can switch between them from the panel without changing plan.
Not for the slot counts we sell. Our servers run under a hosting licence that covers them; you never deal with TeamSpeak licensing directly.
