About PixARK
PixARK takes ARK's taming and progression and rebuilds it in destructible voxels, which produces a save file that grows in a way neither parent game prepares you for - every block a player digs is state the server has to keep. Administration is inherited from ARK, down to the GameUserSettings.ini multipliers, so the transferable skill is ARK's and the capacity planning is Minecraft's.
Why run it with us
- Voxel worlds get big. A heavily mined map is a much larger save than a heavily built ARK one. Our backups are off-node and incremental, so the size does not become your problem.
- ARK admin knowledge applies. Same ini files, same Workshop flow, same restart tooling. If you have run an ARK server you can run this one this afternoon.
- Taming rates without a restart cycle. Multipliers apply on the next scheduled restart, which you can trigger from the panel whenever the server is quiet.
