Bohemia Interactive have shipped dedicated server binaries and modding tools for every Arma since the first one, and Arma Reforger already runs on our platform. Arma 4 has no release date, but of everything listed as upcoming it is the safest bet: the question is when, not whether.

Bohemia have not announced a date. Arma Reforger is explicitly a technology preview for it, which suggests they are some way along, but we are not going to guess publicly.
